Orders and Products
All orders are subject to acceptance. Product specifications, colors, dimensions, images, and descriptions are provided for reference only and may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, material availability, and display settings. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product, or inventory errors and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Artwork Approval
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, proofs, dimensions, colors, logos, layouts, and spelling before production. Approval of artwork constitutes final acceptance. We are not responsible for errors or omissions approved by the customer prior to production.
Custom Products
All products are manufactured to customer specifications and are considered custom products. Once production has begun, orders may not be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and handling fees will be added at checkout where applicable. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store complete credit card information and are not responsible for payment processor outages, delays, or technical failures.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges are based on current carrier rates, package size, weight, destination, and applicable surcharges. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring that authorized personnel are available to receive deliveries. If a shipment is refused, undeliverable, returned, or cannot be delivered due to inaccurate information, business closure, or failure to accept delivery, the customer remains responsible for all shipping, return shipping, storage, handling, and reshipment charges. Returned shipments are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer when products are delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for loss, theft, delay, damage, or misdelivery occurring during or after shipment. Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any shortages, shipping damage, or defects within five (5) business days of receipt.
Installation and Compliance
Unless specifically contracted, we are not responsible for installation, permits, inspections, code compliance, engineering requirements, landlord approvals, or site conditions. Customers are responsible for determining the suitability of products for their intended use and location.
Warranty
Products are warranted to be free from material defects in workmanship for twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, accidents, vandalism, weather-related damage, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by third parties. Our sole obligation is repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, store opening delays, installation costs, landlord penalties, or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from the purchase of products through this website shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located within the State of Texas
